Delete a Response

Delete responses when records are invalid, duplicated, or no longer needed.

How to do it:

Option 1: Delete a single response

1. Log in to your SmartFormify Dashboard.
2. Open the Response section from the top navigation.
3. Locate the response you want to delete.
4. Click the Delete button in the Action column.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Delete multiple responses

1. Log in to your SmartFormify Dashboard.
2. Open the Response section.
3. Select the checkbox next to the responses you want to delete.
4. Click Delete from the bulk action bar at the bottom of the page.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Note:

Deleted responses will be moved to the Trash section, where they can be restored or permanently removed later.
