Handle Form and Submission Limits

When usage limits are reached, some operations may be blocked until capacity is increased.

How to do it:

1. Log in to your SmartFormify Dashboard.
2. On the dashboard header, click the User Menu dropdown.
3. Choose the “My Subscription” option.
4. Check usage under Current Subscription section.
5. Identify whether Form count, Monthly responses, or Team member limit was reached.
6. Upgrade your plan by click Change Plan button to increase limits.
7. Retry blocked actions after the upgrade is applied.
