Configure notification rules to ensure important form events reach the right recipients.
How to do it:
- Log in to your SmartFormify Dashboard.
- On the dashboard header (top right corner), click the User Menu dropdown.
- Choose the `Notification Settings` option..
- Configure the notification preferences for recipients and message details (e.g., enable notifications for form submissions and confirmations to submitters).
- Test the notification delivery.
Note:
Use verified sender and recipient email addresses to ensure the best deliverability.
