Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable Two-Factor Authentication to add a second sign-in verification layer.

How to do it:

1. Log in to your SmartFormify Dashboard.
2. On the dashboard header (top right corner), click the User Menu dropdown.
3. Choose the “My Profile” option..
4. On the My Profile page, scroll down the page and you will see the Two-Factor Authentication section. Click the “Enable Two Factor Authentication” button.
5. An Enable Two-Factor Authentication popup will appear.
6. Click the “Generate QR Code” button.
7. Next, scan the QR code using your phone’s authenticator app.
8. Enter the authentication code.
9. Last, click the “Validate OTP” button.

Note:
You will also receive recovery codes. Store them securely, as they can be used to regain access if you lose your authentication device.
